With her deep experience in this fast-paced, ever-evolving industry, Lil has developed a refined eye for aesthetics, an attention to detail, and a talent for understanding the shifting needs and tastes of her clients. When her daughter, now a young adult, was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at 8 ½, Lil and her husband embarked on a journey of learning and advocacy, building a lasting connection with the NYC chapter of the Tourette Syndrome Association and their mission of giving back.

 

Inspired by her experiences raising a child with Tourette Syndrome, Lil authored the children’s book series What is Your Superpower? In this series, readers meet two heroes, Tic Touriffic and Captain Compassion, who take young readers on a journey of understanding, embracing what it’s like to be different, and finding acceptance in their uniqueness.
