Nadine is a saint and made our moving experience painless. When my roommates and I began our apartment search we reached out to at least 20 different apartments in hopes of finding the perfect one for us. However, that search swiftly came to an end when we discovered Nadine. We fell in love with our new apartment and moved in a week ago. She was kind, easily accessible, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were approved and moved into our apartment. Had it not been for her, we may have still been looking and would not be in a space as beautiful as where we are now. I'm aware this review is going to seem like hyperbole, but honestly, it doesn't even come close to describing the excellent service we got from Nadine Nassar. Coming from California, we had no appreciation for the NYC process of purchasing a Co-Op. Nadine was not only knowledgeable about the process but more importantly, she was super organized and detail-oriented. She guided us each step of the way, keeping us apprised of the timeline, requirements, and deadlines. Christine assisted and without skipping a beat, helped us to gather the necessary paperwork. We'll be forever grateful for their patience and tireless efforts to successfully close the deal. Seriously, I don't know when these women get to sleep! We always felt like we were their only clients (and I know they had a lot of other clients). Most importantly, they counseled us several times, when we were gripped with anxiety.
